THE ARTS VOTER GUIDE – An ArtsGeorgia Advocacy Initiative
WHAT >
Candidate Survey: ArtsGeorgia will survey Georgia candidates on issues related to the arts. The Survey will include: 1) their participation in the arts, 2) their policies on matters affecting the creative industries in Georgia, community arts agencies and nonprofit arts organizations, 3) their positions on state arts funding, & 4) their policies on arts education & arts in education.
The Arts Voter Guide: ArtsGeorgia will publish the Guide to inform anyone interested in the arts and arts education of the candidates’ positions and policies.
WHEN >
The Candidate Survey will be circulated to the candidates in the spring of 2014. The Arts Voter Guide will be published prior to the General Election in the fall.
WHO >
The Candidate Survey will cover federal elections for the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives; and will cover state elections for Governor, Lt. Governor, the Georgia Senate and the Georgia House of Representatives.
HOW >
