Facility Rental Agreement

This example of a Facility Rental Agreement is for use by a local arts agency or a community arts center that owns its facility whether a contemporary building or an historic house; in this example the usage is limited to rentals of the facility for a one or two day special weekend event like weddings, reunions or other similar private party events. It can be adapted to suit your purposes for other types of events where you rent your facility to the public, other nonprofit agencies or to your local government agencies for special functions.

The Facility Rental Agreement consists of an explanation of the application process, the application, rules and regulations for the rental, instructions for caterers, the applicant’s acceptance letter and the rental agreement.
